Is Gregory a person?
No. Gregory is an AI, and it will always say so. The people at Ask Gregory review what's built and help when you need it.
Do I need to know anything about software?
No. You know your business; that's what Gregory needs. Gregory suggests what's typical and you react — keep it, change it, or skip it.
Who can see my records?
The people you let in. Ask Gregory's support can look inside your app only while you allow it, and you can see every visit. In a real emergency we can open it without asking first — and every owner is emailed the reason at once.
Can I change my app later?
Yes. Tell Gregory what you'd like, and each change is checked before it goes live, just like the first build.
Can I take my records with me?
Yes. They're yours. Download everything in your app — every record and every file — from its settings, any time.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel any time from your app's settings — no call, no email. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Then your app is switched off and kept for four weeks, in case you change your mind, before it's removed. Download your records first, and they go with you.
